If you have been around patriot circles in the last few years, you have heard the discussion of white hat vs black hat. We have a need to know who the good guys and bad guys are in our society. Trust in our government officials has been eroded in the last few years to a point that is going to be difficult to rectify. It is going to take a lot of work and time to build that back.
There has been a lot of conjecture about whether Mike Pence is a traitor or a patriot. In my mind, at this point, I’m still giving him the benefit of the doubt. I just can’t jump on the bandwagon with those who would ruin a man’s life and reputation just because they don’t particularly like him as a politician. Some are using shadowy obscure video footage of a man doing some awful things to prove that Pence is a terrible person. When I see and hear those rumors, I ask myself a question. Would that stand up in court? In this case, absolutely not. When looking at it objectively, it could be anyone. Then again, there are those who look for any move that can be construed as something shady. If you have been following the rumors of receipt of an envelope, a coin, or any other such nonsense, you know what I’m talking about. Can you imagine the vetting that took place as Trump considered Pence for the position of Vice President? President Trump is no dummy. He didn’t just pull some guy’s name out of a hat and give him a position a heartbeat away from the presidency without knowing who he is. Trump loves America far too much to allow that.
Over the last 6 years, I have watched as President Trump made statements about several conservative members of his administration that were not at all flattering and some downright critical. When he started criticizing and publicly defaming Jeff Sessions, I felt something wasn’t quite right. Sessions was Trump's first big high-profile supporter from the Republican party. He loved Trump, you could see it written all over his face. After leaving his post as Attorney General, he went on to run for Senate in his home state of Alabama. Say what you want, but we love Sessions in Alabama. Trump endorsed his opponent and I was devastated.
Trump also publicly criticized William Barr. Seemingly it was because Barr would not confirm that the 2020 election was stolen. I’m still on the fence about him. So far, I can’t see the logical argument that he is a white hat, then he says something that screams he’s a good guy.
There is a common denominator here though. What all 3 of these men have in common is that they have had long conservative careers. One might say they have reached the age at which men finally retire. Is it impossible to believe that these men have decided to retire and have agreed to “take one for the team”? After all, I wouldn’t want to ruin the entire reputation of my life’s work at the very end, would you? However, I might consider it if I knew that it would save my country were we under attack. And believe me, folks, we are under attack from within like our country has never seen.
Just Human has dubbed it kayfabe.
Definition of kayfabe in English:
kayfabe
(in professional wrestling) the fact or convention of presenting staged performances as genuine or authentic.
Questions I ask myself:
Is it all part of an act? Is it the ‘art of war? Are we really watching a movie? To some degree, all 3 could be correct and President Trump has the intelligence and wherewithal to use all 3, not to mention every other tool in his arsenal.
Does it matter if I know who is a white hat and who is black? If I know, what will I do with that knowledge? Will it help me to make better decisions? If these men are leaving public office and no longer have any influence, it makes no difference. Unless they are running for office or their actions can change the course of this country, it really does not matter. It’s all distraction. Every now and then, I remind myself, that I don’t need to know everything that’s going on. In the grand scheme of things, my opinion will not shake the world.
It’s possible that when all is said and done, we will never know which players were white hats and which were black hats. Sometimes heroes are those we never hear or read about. They work in the shadows and behind the scenes for the sheer love of country. They are unsung heroes. I am sure that there are many that we will never hear about or even recognize their names.
Black Hat vs White Hat
Great job Nana! It will be interesting to see which side a lot of these players are on.
It's more than possible...it is a fact. The people with the real info sit and watch in silence. They operate behind the scenes talking only to one another. THAT network is much greater than you can imagine. If the public can see it; it is merely a distraction. The horrors would scare everyone half to death; the heroes would cancel Hollywood.
