You nailed this Quinn, great article! My ex husband of almost 30 years is a total Narc. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until it was too late. If you love a Narc, it is hard to break free. ❤️
Thank you Quinn for greater insight to identifying a narc. We all know some and I stay away or ignore them. It’s easy to get caught up in their self-centeredness. ♥️
Thanks for continuing the discussion as it relates to narcissism. I have had to deal with a few and, in my experience, the thing that keeps them at bay is pointing out that their playbook is known—I know what to expect and call them out immediately. As soon as others see these interactions and recognizes them for what they are, the narcissist realizes they are exposed and they are forced to either retreat or double-down on imposing their version of reality. As long as the truth in on your side, the narcissist will always lose in the end. They will either retreat or they will destroy themselves in the process of supporting their false reality.
Thank you for a very succinct description. I've had "bells" going off on a new co-worker and you've helped confirm my suspicions and given me some tools to use to deal with the situation.
Excellent article, Quinn!! We are surrounded by narcissists who have no empathy, and who consider us as appliances to be used until no longer useful. The fact that you have been able to identify Rules for Radicals as a narcissist handbook is genius! Thank you for continuing to write these thought-provoking articles! Well done!

This is awesome Quinn! I love the "flying monkies" visual .... reminds me of The Wizard of Oz movie.
Thank you!
